1) Improved character balance.
- The maximum absorption rate is corrected to 95.
- Arrow of Silence and Powerful Arrow of Silence are modified to apply to the Shaman characters.
- Shaman Skill [Pain of Soul] The skills PVP damage will be adjusted (PVE damage will remain the same).
- Cool Time is added at Shaman Skill [Pain of Soul] (5 seconds).
- Fixed an error of Shaman [Entangling] Skill effected period.
- Shaman Skill Damage is increased.([Six Soul], [Exploding Spirit], [Doggebi])
- Shaman Skill Damage is increased([Wave of Emperor], [Soul Blow], [4th Rising King])
* Skill balancing changes will be updated continuously until we announced.
2) Start 2018 Kalonline HAPPY Halloween event.

3) Start White Cube.
- Please check the event page for details.
4) Fixed an error that the character stops in the air and can use the skill.
- Skill can not be used when the character is located in above a certain height from land.
